About The Position

The Team Lead position at Reconext involves supporting and leading the Production team by gathering data, training employees, and providing guidance within a work cell or function. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of employees
• Some computer skills - excel/email or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Drives the production SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
• Provides supervision and guidance to assigned employees
• Responsible for movement of trained personnel to effect line balancing
• Serves as an educator, communicator, and problem resolution link for all production issues
• Identifies and reports any slowdowns in production
• Coordinates and communicates with all departments as needed
• Works in a team to address and/or improve production issues
• Monitors and reports violations applicable to safety, ESD and security rules or regulations
• Tracks and reports daily trend information such as yield, process errors, rework data, audit failures
• Reviews and understands procedures for products scheduled
• May require training any new employees
• Identifies training needs and works with staff to ensure needs are consistently met
• Communicates the shift's schedule to employees
• Ensures everyone has the appropriate supplies available, i.e. boxes, bags, etc.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed.
