About The Position

The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Team Lead at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is responsible for planning, managing, and directing the daily operations of the ICM Team, which serves adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. This role involves providing direct care in a recovery-focused environment, overseeing a team of case managers, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards while fostering a collaborative service environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in behavioral health or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with case management in a community-based setting.
  • Familiarity with mental health treatment modalities.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, manages, and directs the daily operations of the ICM Team.
  • Provides direct supervision to team members, monitoring and tracking their workflow.
  • Conducts mandatory weekly team meetings to support individual needs.
  • Plans goals and objectives in accordance with accreditation standards and governing boards.
  • Participates in weekly clinic treatment team meetings and quarterly coalition meetings.
  • Monitors ICM Team services for compliance with fidelity and accreditation standards.
  • Provides oversight and completion of monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Offers clinical oversight for all clinical program operations and staff.
  • Recruits, hires, and trains new team members.
  • Assists staff in reaching their identified productivity targets.
  • Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner and seeks supervision when necessary.
