About The Position
We are hiring! Integration Team Lead. Location: Remote. Job Description Summary: Provide leadership to the Middleware and Interface Developer teams responsible for developing and supporting new Middleware applications and technologies including, but not limited to: goal setting, prioritization of initiatives, coordination of the project-related deliverables, providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with Airgas and industry programming, security and performance standards and ensuring the stability of the information technology infrastructure (systems, software, etc.). The Team Lead, Integration will also be responsible for developing and supporting new Middleware applications and technologies (IBM middleware including modules such as Integration Server, MWS, UM, MFT, API Gateway, etc.) as well as maintaining existing technologies and applications. Responsibilities include defining customer and user requirements, systems analysis, design, build, test and implementation of mission critical systems. Special focus is on system integration, messaging and interface design and programming.
