Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. To design, deliver, install, operate, and provide operational services for the IT security and infrastructure solutions in R4's portfolio in order to maximize the Company's business performance.

Requirements

Successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable field
Profound knowledge of cloud infrastructure and architecture design and implementation in Microsoft environment
Professional experience in the server infrastructure operations area
Experience in coordinating activities within projects to achieve the required compliance level
Experience in monitoring compliance throughout the lifecycle of a system
Good negotiation skills
Good proficiency in English, German and Hungarian (business level), both written and spoken
Organizational skills and strategic thinking as well as team-oriented and structured way of working

Nice To Haves

Professional experience in the network infrastructure operations area
Experience in IT system design and implementation in multinational environment

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop an infrastructure team responsible for external customer services and internal IT operations with focus on Datacenter, Compute Services, Print Management, Desktop Applications, Mobile Device Management and Global User Support.
Oversee internal IT infrastructure components such as print services, endpoint management, internal MDM and desktop application platforms.
Ensure operational stability, security alignment and lifecycle management of internal infrastructure.
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and customer incidents.
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Define services and processes aligned with contractual commitments and IT strategy.
Ensure the necessary workforce to build a strong, high-performing team. Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Manage team performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and evaluating performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize improvements.
