About The Position

This is a full-time Team Lead - Imaging Services position located at West Hospital. The hours are Mon-Fri 830p-5a. No Call or travel - Rotating Holidays. This position will be a leader at night who will assist all modalities but have a CT/XR background - Working both in CT and XR. Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT).
• Radiologic Technologist license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).

Responsibilities

• Plans the work flow and employee distributions within the department.
• Provides various lead functions within the Diagnostic Radiology department while providing functional guidance to staff.
• Ensures staff interacts with patients and others in a positive manner and are competent to care for patients from pediatric through geriatric.
• Promotes a team-oriented and service conscious environment.
