A Day in the Life Team Leadership and Development: • Supervise a team of two or more employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment • Participate in trainings to enhance team skills and capabilities and maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies Operational Management: • Oversee branch processes for timely equipment delivery and pick-up, ensuring operational efficiency • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations Customer Service and Relationship Management: • Provide excellent customer service, listening and responding to our partners’ equipment needs • Uphold a climate of professionalism, including the use of company uniforms at all times Logistics and Inventory Management: • Manage medical equipment inventory, storage and maintenance • Load, secure, and carefully transport life-saving medical equipment to and from hospitals, adhering to company policies and safety standards • Help service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse • Maintain company vehicles Administrative and Compliance Duties: • Input and maintain accurate digital records and prepare regular reports on customer orders, equipment maintenance and inventory tracking, and track key performance metrics Coordination and Communication • Collaborate with customers and company sales representatives, logistics, customer experience and other department team members to coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups and support for our healthcare partners Additional Responsibilities: • Travel periodically • Perform other duties as needed

  • One or more years of managerial experience in medical equipment rental operations
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of direct reports, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Outstanding listening, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure in a hospital environment
  • Highest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workers
  • Resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a desire for professional growth and mastery of new technologies
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical
  • Own a valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
