Requirements

• Ability to maintain a professional, cooperative and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
• Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently.
• In person role, ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg.).
• At least one year of high-end guest service experience OR College degree with an emphasis in Hospitality - preferred.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask while ensuring attention to detail.
• Confidence to handle guest pain points and questions in a calm manner.
• Strong knowledge of Canyons Village and Park City Mountain - preferred.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Work with Assistant Manager to oversee a small cross-functional team to own the guest and village experience.
• Monitor overall quality of village operations to ensure an experience of a lifetime for all guests and employees.
• Create a vibrant, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with identifying and hiring Dream Team employees through collaboration with Talent Acquisition and resort leadership.
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, anticipating needs and expectations.
• Ensure high overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist in all base area operations including greeting and interacting with guests, providing information, line management, parking, restroom and village cleanliness, supporting events, snow removal, general upkeep and maintenance.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all village areas are extremely well-maintained.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure all shifts are filled with strong, high performing individuals.
• Utilize Workforce Management to fill vacant shifts.
• Monitor Time & Labor and performance management.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure the highest quality service to guests and employees.
• Create strong working relationships with other department leaders, and foster communication and cooperation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
