We're looking for a GRC team lead with exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills to safeguard our customers and employees. The team lead will set policy and process governance, operationalize risk management strategies, and manage all compliance programs. In addition to leading the GRC team members, you will interface with sales and product teams as it relates to customer compliance and due diligence initiatives. As part of risk management, you will source risk from across Cybersecurity and CoStar to track risk throughout its lifecycle while ensuring adequate awareness and mitigation. As part of governance, you will establish and maintain security control policies aligned to ISO 27001. This position is located in Arlington, VA or Richmond, VA and is onsite Monday - Thursday, option to work from home on Friday.
