Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.
Ideally, 7+ years in network engineering, with 5+ years in a senior or lead role (15 years preferred).
Expertise in Cisco technologies (DNA Center, Firepower, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching), enterprise architecture, and process development.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to success.

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree is preferred.
Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire by providing day-to-day leadership for a team of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Architect the future by designing and optimizing enterprise network architectures, including Cisco ACI, DNA Center, SD-WAN, and integration with cloud platforms like GCP.
Drive innovation by overseeing strategic projects, implementing network standardizations, and championing continuous improvement.
Hand-on impact by supervising network refreshes, firmware upgrades, and responding to tier 2/3 field support requests.
Collaborate across teams by working closely with cross-functional partners to align network solutions with evolving business needs.
