Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 5+ years of experience in grain or oil inspection and/or grain grading operations or a related field is required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of staff/team for location specific tasks.
• Training of individuals for job/client/site specific tasks.
• Communication directly with customer site, foreman, site manager.
• Communication with Operations Manager, upcoming projects, potential issues.
• Team progressive disciplinary actions and corrective measures – HSE communications.
