About The Position

The Team Lead is responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financially successful club. This role involves a variety of tasks including member service oversight, front desk operations, and supporting the Club Manager as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff are always providing great customer experience.
• Very involved in all front desk related tasks.
• Greet/meet potential members and provide gym tour.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts. Making sure staff is aware and trained on all current marketing promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
