THE DETAILS This job is a TEMPORARY position 1st shift 5:45-4:15 Available overtime THE ROLE The Team Leader assists the management team in supervising all department functions by carrying out supervisor’s instructions in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include promoting safety, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and addressing complaints and resolving problems, as well as any other tasked deemed necessary by management.
