The Team Lead, Enrollment Management supports a group of Enrollment Managers to ensure optimal family experience and enrollment opportunity in Bright Horizons centers. This role focuses on supply and demand optimization, process improvement, and team guidance to achieve enrollment goals. The Team Lead is responsible for fostering strong relationships with families and center operators and serving as the primary point of escalation for complex situations. In addition, the role emphasizes mentoring and supporting team members to deliver a seamless and positive experience for families and internal stakeholders. This is a remote position available in the United States.
