About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, engineers, and data engineers to align your team's product strategy with the company's vision. You will also be tasked with motivating and coaching your team, establishing clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and constructive feedback. Additionally, you will lead the recruitment of new team members who align with Adyen's culture and possess the necessary skills to contribute meaningfully to the team. Your hands-on involvement in feature development will be crucial, as you will collaborate with various teams to design and implement new features while balancing the needs of your team.
