As a Team Leader at TaskUs, you will be one of the leaders of your department, responsible for providing the best customer experience to clients. Your role will involve driving the performance of your teammates to ensure they continuously hit their goals. You will coach and manage the teammates under your supervision, acting as a bridge between them and other departments. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day planning and operations, ensuring that each teammate delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for training and developing your team through team huddles, coaching sessions, and recognizing weaknesses to offer solutions for improvement. Additionally, you will create reports on your team's performance and document feedback from clients, manage issues that arise, and act as a liaison between management and your team.
