About The Position

Responsible for implementation of the Corporate Compliance Plan. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Identifies areas of risk utilizing regulatory guidance and benchmark tools and assists in developing action plans for improvement. Provides immediate feedback to appropriate parties regarding corrective action. Reviews processes and/or policies and provides recommendations for improvement. Provides guidance to employees, serve as a department resource, and manage external vendors.   • Registered Health Information Administrator Required
  • Registered Health Information Technician Required
  • Certified Coding Specialist- Physician Required
  • Certified Coding Associate Required
  • Certified Professional Coder Required
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance Required
  • Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner Required
  • Associate's degree Required
  • 7 Years Auditing Required
  • 7 Years Compliance Required
  • 7 Years Accounting/Finance - Revenue Cycle Required
  • 7 Years Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required
  • 7 Years Process Improvement Required
