About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in care.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring at least 50% of the weekly schedule is dedicated to classroom instruction.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist in the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and implementing company standards.
