About The Position

The Applications Team Leader works in collaboration with the Applications Manager to coordinate and delegate the assignments of the team. This role works with the manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of the area and conducts employee training sessions. The Applications Team Leader serves as a senior application support analyst, working with the Application Manager to manage and resolve identified issues and risks. In conjunction with the team, this role reports the status of task completion to the manager and works with other team leaders to coordinate activities between work streams to integrate work and system design, build, testing, training, and go-live. The Applications Team Leader requires direct experience, comprehensive knowledge, and skills to guide all staff in assigned applications. If applicable, maintenance of North Carolina licensure or certification in a related clinical/business discipline is required. If required for the Applications supported, certification in at least 2 applications is required, with 3 preferred. If certification is not required, experience in at least 3 applications is required. Eligible remote states include NC, FL, GA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and VA. Requirements

  • Direct experience, comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide all the staff in assigned applications
  • Maintenance of North Carolina licensure or certification in related clinical/business discipline (If applicable)
  • Certification in at least 2 applications (If required for the Applications supported)
  • Experience in at least 3 applications (If certification not required)
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Technology
  • 5 Years Clinical - Acute Care Or Information Technology - Application Support

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in 3 applications (If required for the Applications supported)
  • 6 Years Direct Position Experience
