About The Position

Requirements

• Leadership experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
• Rotate to all positions of a Packaging Associate.
• Provide employee training to ensure job responsibilities are performed correctly.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Support plant and company safety programs, promoting adherence to safety requirements.
• Understand and apply safety/food safety (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Report food safety problems to authorized personnel.
• Read and respond to emails as necessary.
• Provide team breaks and lunches.
• Complete daily required line tasks and SAP tasks.
• Understand losses on the line and propose solutions.
• Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out and up to date.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Be flexible to work overtime to meet production deadlines.
• Follow plant work standards and maintain high quality and productivity standards.
• Meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork and respect.
• Treat all team members with respect and hold self-accountable for actions.
• Improve performance and work processes through feedback and new ideas.
