About The Position

The position involves essential duties and responsibilities that include regular attendance, upholding company policies, training and coaching non-management employees, ensuring guest satisfaction, and operating projection and audio-visual equipment. The role also requires monitoring maintenance standards, compliance with dress codes, and knowledge of emergency procedures. Additional responsibilities include reporting performance issues to management and monitoring risk management related to employee and patron safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program.
  • Ability to sell and serve alcohol if required by the theatre.
  • Completion of legally required state or local training and obtaining the required certificate.
  • Good public speaking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Proven experience with PC platforms and basic office programs.
  • Ability to interface excellently with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Upholding and administering all company policies.
  • Training, development, and coaching of non-management employees.
  • Performing all team positions as required.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Operating all projection and audio-visual equipment within the theatre.
  • Ensuring operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitoring the standard of maintenance and operational delivery.
  • Knowledge, compliance, and enforcement of dress code.
  • Completing team lead training.
  • Reviewing and demonstrating all Team Member level policies & procedures.
  • Reporting performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management.
  • Monitoring risk management as it pertains to the theatre.
  • Reading and understanding training materials on harassment prevention and regulatory compliance.
