About The Position
The Team Dining Room Cook's Helper directly supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef. The cook ensures that the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include supporting chefs in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. The cook must maintain cleanliness of the area and keep cold items stocked, ensuring the kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
