About The Position

Wendy's Is Now Hiring Team/Crew Members in YOUR Local Area ! Wendys of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Team/Crew Members ! At your Wendys, you will assist your team at one of our many locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers. Youll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure theyre correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment. Team Member behaviors include: Being friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers. Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues. Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management team. Having a clean and tidy appearance and work habits. Communicating with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner.

Requirements

• Reliability is a MUST.
• Some Restaurant/Retail experience (Experienced in serving customers) but not necessary
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (Most Drive-Thrus open till Midnight)
• Customer Service Skills with a Smile!
• Self-Starter
