What Makes This Team Job Different Only two nights out per week: Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday. Home every weekend - guaranteed. 4-5 day workweek with steady, repeat routes. Local-style team runs - you'll return to Fort Wayne between trips. Both drivers get paid for drive time, stops, and cases - whether you're behind the wheel or not. This isn't over-the-road trucking. It's a great fit for experienced drivers who want strong pay, teamwork, and predictable home time. Compensation Earn up to $85,000+ annually per driver. Component pay for drivetime, cases, and stops - both drivers earn on every load. $40 per day trip per diem. Quarterly incentive bonuses. Pay varies by route, performance, and work ethic - the effort you put in directly impacts what you take home. Requirements

• 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen.
• Background check free from felonies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products safely with a two-wheeler, organizing neatly in customer storage areas.
• Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures.
• Provide professional, courteous service that represents Van Eerden's reputation for quality.
• Operate safely and efficiently in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs. regularly, occasionally 75+ lbs.
• Follow all DOT and company safety standards.
