Northwest Pinnacle Group is an independent financial services practice of Thrivent in Fayetteville, AR. We are growing and adding a team-based financial advisor to our team. Licensing and Training Over your first 8 to 13 weeks, you’ll study for and obtain necessary licenses (varies by individual situation), which may include: Resident state Life, Health and Annuity Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Series 6 and 63, 7 and 66, or 7, 63 and 65. After completing licensing, you may enroll in a comprehensive 6-week training program. What you can expect After licensing and training, you’ll start building your book of business with the ultimate goal of joining the sponsoring team in the traditional financial advisor role. Typical activities include: Meeting with potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals. Educating and empowering clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about investments, insurance, retirement and generosity. Building a strong personal network through local nonprofits, churches and businesses for future growth. Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor.
