About The Position

VNA Alliance is a community-based, non-profit, Medicare certified home health agency based in Meadville, PA. VNA Alliance currently serves Crawford, Mercer, and portions of Venango county and offers skilled nursing, palliative care, and therapy services. In addition to the mentioned, VNA Alliance offers additional medical services and implemented a Safe at Home program that is a clinical pathway to optimize outcomes in the acute care and home health care setting. Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• 2+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel a must)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize under deadlines
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proper insurance

Responsibilities

• Review and enter patient data into our electronic medical record system
• Coordinate and support patient referrals, scheduling, and onboarding tasks
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and a smile
• Assist with supply management, compliance documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with education staff on training and new hires
• Provide backup support to other team assistants as needed
