About The Position

Join our Responsibility Team, which drives our firm’s Responsibility strategy -including corporate responsibility, ESG integration across our portfolio suite, and the development of JHI Brighter Future Funds for clients seeking purposeful investment. The team proactively navigates a dynamic regulatory landscape and partners closely with Investments, Client Group, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Legal, operating from both London and Denver. As Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the entire Responsibility team’s productivity and cohesion, while providing direct administrative support to team leaders, including the Chief Responsibility Officer. Act as a central point of contact for the Responsibility team, helping to resolve operational challenges and facilitate effective communication. Support the execution of team projects and initiatives by assisting with documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating resources. Manage and maintain shared databases and information systems, supporting data integrity and accessibility for all team members. Contribute to onboarding and integration of new team members by managing orientation materials and supporting their transition. Liaise with external ESG membership organizations, as appropriate. Coordinate sell-side ESG research access. Manage Responsibility-related periodical subscriptions. Facilitate scheduling and logistics for group meetings, cross-departmental collaborations, and team events—both virtual and in-person. Oversee travel arrangements and expense management for the team. Provide general administrative support to the Chief Responsibility Officer and team leaders. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
