The Team Administrator preforms administrative and office support activities for multiple team members. Duties may include monitoring and fielding emails, telephone calls, word processing (MS Word document creation), creating Excel spreadsheets and running ACE Reports. Extensive comfort using MS Office applications, highly organized, highly motivated to research complex items independently and in collaboration with others. Need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a position that will give the right candidate exposure and education in all the inner workings of the tactical filing of Drawback along with education on the regulatory side. Great place to start that will be both challenging and educational.
