Xavier University is seeking applications for a 9-month Teaching Professor (non-tenure track) position in the Department of Counseling to begin August, 2026. The department has 9 full-time faculty members and offers a CACREP-accredited MA in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling characterized by a community engagement, experiential learning and social justice focus. We aim to educate students who are ethical, multiculturally focused, and desiring a transformative learning experience. Successful candidates for this position must have at least two years of experience working as a school counselor in a K-12 educational setting and a doctorate in counseling or counselor education.
