About The Position

As the Teaching Negotiation Resource Center Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the activities of the Teaching Negotiation Resource Center (TNRC) and the Pedagogy@PON Initiative (P@PON) at Harvard Law School. The TNRC serves as the central hub for the development and dissemination of teaching materials and publications at the Program on Negotiation (PON). This includes a diverse array of resources such as role-play simulations, videos, books, periodicals, and case studies that are distributed to educators and practitioners around the globe. The Pedagogy@PON initiative acts as the intellectual focal point for negotiation education, facilitating the sharing of best practices and resources among dispute resolution educators. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the annual TNRC budget and income, assisting in setting priorities, and preparing and maintaining data for financial reports and administrative records. You will also assist with website management, email outreach, and the development of marketing materials, while managing partnerships and implementing strategies to drive traffic to the PON website. Hosting pedagogy-focused events such as dinner seminars and conferences for the broader negotiation pedagogy community will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in creating new negotiation simulations, cases, and other teaching materials for distribution through the TNRC and for use in PON courses. This includes editing and formatting teaching materials in preparation for public distribution, overseeing the work of outside vendors and contractors, and composing, proofreading, editing, and preparing agreements, correspondence, licenses, and other materials as needed. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the mission of the TNRC and PON.
