  • Master's degree with at least 18 credit hours of Graduate coursework in the teaching field or related discipline from an accredited business school.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in the teaching field or related discipline with 5 years of professional experience that satisfies credentialing under SACS guidelines and AACSB standards.
  • Qualifications necessary to be designated a professionally qualified faculty member in accordance with AACSB standards.
  • University teaching background in systems analysis, design, and implementation, databases, data mining, machine learning, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, visualization, cybersecurity, programming, or data communications.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Commitment and proven record of excellence in teaching.
  • Ability to initiate and supervise interdisciplinary and applied projects.
  • Recent relevant work experience and relevant professional certifications.
  • Support for faculty research including travel, technology, and research databases.
