Join our team and work for a place with more benefits than you would expect! Hiring full day and substitute positions for the 2025-26 school year. Substitute positions work as needed and fills in for regular classroom staff from August-May and closely follows the USD 353 school calendar. Classroom staff typically work 7-8 hours a day when preschool is in session. Teaching assistants work in a preschool classroom providing aid to the classroom teachers. The classroom staff work directly with preschool age children in small group settings or 1:1 with a child providing supervision and assistance during learning activities, meals, snacks and outdoor play. Requirements
- Child Development Associates (CDA) AND Enrolled in a program that will lead to an associate or bachelor's degree OR High school diploma AND enrolled in a CDA credential program to be completed within two years of the time of hire.
- Valid driver'slicense
