About The Position
The Art Teacher for Grades 6-8 is responsible for developing students' interest, abilities, talents, and skills for artistic expression and creativity in the visual arts. This role involves implementing the district-approved curriculum, documenting teaching and student progress, developing lesson plans, and providing a safe and optimal learning environment. The teacher will also provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and expectations.
