Founded in 2007, the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is a nonprofit serving 12,200 students across 20 LAUSD schools. As one of the nation’s largest in-district public school transformation organizations, we operate within LAUSD. We are not a charter network, and our schools and teachers are fully part of LAUSD. Partnership teachers receive the same competitive salary, benefits, and UTLA membership as all LAUSD educators, plus additional earning opportunities. As a Partnership teacher, you will inspire students, collaborate with peers across our network, and grow professionally. We understand that effective teaching requires support, and we offer the following: Professional development in Literacy, Math, and Classroom Culture, extending beyond LAUSD’s standard offerings. Meaningful classroom observations, feedback, and mentorship from teacher leaders and school leaders. Intentional and sustained focus on advancing outcomes for Black and Multilingual Learners (MLs) or Emerging Bilinguals (EBs) students. Support family engagement efforts, including strengthening communication and increasing family involvement. Want to learn more about teaching with us?
