About The Position
Are you a teacher or educator looking for an opportunity to make a deeper impact while working one-on-one with children? By joining our team, you will play an important role in helping children with Autism build communication, social, and daily living skills through structured and supportive learning sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students in education or psychology are encouraged to apply).
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn ABA strategies and complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training (provided).
- Need to Know Services take place in clients homes or community settings.
- All roles begin as part-time .
- Candidates should be able to commit for at least 6 months to provide consistency for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one learning and behavioral support to children with Autism using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Implement individualized learning and skill-building plans designed by clinical supervisors.
- Track progress and session data using electronic devices.
- Create a supportive and positive learning environment for each child.
- Communicate and collaborate with families and the clinical team.
