About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college students in education or psychology are encouraged to apply).
  • Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn ABA strategies and complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training (provided).
  • Need to Know Services take place in clients homes or community settings.
  • All roles begin as part-time .
  • Candidates should be able to commit for at least 6 months to provide consistency for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one learning and behavioral support to children with Autism using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Implement individualized learning and skill-building plans designed by clinical supervisors.
  • Track progress and session data using electronic devices.
  • Create a supportive and positive learning environment for each child.
  • Communicate and collaborate with families and the clinical team.
