Adaptive/Interrelated Developing students’ academic skills through courses of study and implementing district approved curriculum; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing feedback regarding student progress, expectations, goals, and activities; demonstrates methods required to perform classroom and/or subject specific assignments for the purpose of providing an effective school program and addressing the needs of individual students; evaluates students' performance within subject area for the purpose of determining student progress and/or developing remediation plans; manages student behavior for the purpose of providing a safe and an optimal learning environment.
