About The Position
The Teacher - Vocational Adjustment Transition - Special Education position is designed to develop necessary skills for special education students to facilitate efficient transitions from high school to post-secondary education, work, and/or services. The role requires strategic, independent, and collaborative work while maintaining high accuracy and compliance. The teacher will deliver rigorous instruction in both campus and community-based settings, promoting intellectual, social, and physical growth in students preparing for competitive, integrated employment.
