Requirements
- Arizona Elementary Certificate with Art approved area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Secondary Certificate with Art approved area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Arts Education Certificate PreK-12 Certificate OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Art approved area
- CURRENT Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Provide proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
