The Classroom Teacher position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring effective teaching and compliance with educational standards. Teachers will be evaluated based on their performance in accordance with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. Those assigned to multiple sites will be evaluated by a designated site administrator, while first-year teachers may be evaluated by a coach from the Peer Assistance and Review Program.
