About The Position
The mission of this role is to provide special education consultation and instruction to meet the needs of eligible students identified with autism spectrum disorder. The position requires participation in ARD/IEP meetings, completion of necessary paperwork, and the development and implementation of instructional program goals tailored to individual student needs. The role also involves demonstrating competence in behavior change principles, administering various tests, maintaining communication with parents and staff, and providing instruction using effective methods based on current research.
