Provides specialized instruction to support student learning and achievement by implementing differentiated instructional strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and district requirements, and fostering a positive, structured classroom environment.

Ability to integrate available technology to enhance teaching and learning.
Knowledge and application of evidence-based practices for promoting positive student behavior, including behavior modification and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement differentiated instructional programs to meet the diverse needs of all students.
Maintain accurate and complete student records; prepare reports in accordance with federal, state, and district policies and regulations.
Plan and facilitate Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines.
Utilize designated software systems to manage caseload documentation and required paperwork.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to high student achievement and equitable support for all learners.
Apply knowledge of subject matter to deliver effective and engaging instruction.
