About The Position
The position is for a Certified Classroom Teacher for grades 7th-12th, specifically in the Science subject area, at South Valley Junior High. The role is contracted for 9 months and is exempt. The teacher will be responsible for providing instruction in accordance with state and district guidelines, planning and implementing a program of study that meets the individual needs of students, and creating a conducive learning environment. The teacher will also monitor and assess student progress, communicate effectively with students and parents, and maintain accurate records as required by law and district policy.
