About The Position
To provide support to teachers working with students with Developmental Disabilities and Behavior Disorders as they relate to Autism. Assist with data collection and work closely with teachers to meet the needs of students as well as mentoring of social skills. One year of classroom or related experience, competency in behavior strategies, behavior plans and use of accommodations/modifications for educational programming.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and two years of college or related experience.
- One year of classroom or related experience
- Competency in behavior strategies, behavior plans and use of accommodations/modifications for educational programming.
- Must maintain current CPR
- Must maintain current First Aid
- Must maintain current SAMA certification.
- Must maintain current Texas Drivers License
