About The Position

Direct and primary responsibility for supervising an assigned group of children. The job duties of this position are in accordance with Minimum Standards for Day Care Centers.

Requirements

• 19 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic knowledge of child development (discipline, behavior and curriculum)
• Ability to communicate in stressful situations

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children in a group format is preferred
