Performance Responsibilities: 1. Work under the direction of the special education teacher and/or classroom teacher to meet the individual needs of all students. 2. To provide instructional assistance in selected skill areas. 3. Collect data and implement behavior management program for designated children. 4. Implement Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) plans for students. 5. Provide inclusionary support in classroom. 6. Participate in Professional Development/training as needed. 7. Provide support services and accommodations as recommended by related services personnel, therapist and consultants. 8. Review and implement modifications and accommodations documented in student's IEP. 9. Provide support to students requiring Assistive Technology to access the curriculum. 10. Performs other duties as requested by Building Principal or Director of Special Education
