About The Position
Teacher of STEAM Tenure-Track Position 2025-2026 School Year Location: JFK Elementary School Certifications: Appropriate NJ certification(s) required. Elementary Education or Content Area (Mathematics of Science) certification required. Special Education certification preferred. Successful candidate will instruct students in STEAM for grades K-5 daily. Candidate will also instruct gifted and talented students in STEAM activities. Strong background in mathematics, science, engineering, the arts, and/or technology preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: New Jersey State Certification with appropriate endorsements. Exceptional writing, oral, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. Required criminal history check and proof of US citizenship or legal alien status. Such alternative or additional qualifications as the Superintendent or Board of Education may deem appropriate.
