About The Position
BCIT is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Spanish to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will possess a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Spanish and demonstrate both subject-area expertise and effective teaching practices. The teacher will foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes language proficiency and cultural understanding among students.
Requirements
- NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Spanish (required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Spanish language and culture
- Proven ability to implement effective instructional strategies
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Must pass criminal history background check
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status required
- Must establish NJ residency within one year of hire
- Physical & Drug Testing Required
