A teacher who is not a principal shall carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require. If employed as a teacher in a school, this is under the reasonable direction of the principal. If employed by a board and not assigned to any one school, it is under the reasonable direction of that board and the principal of any school where they may be required to work. A teacher employed in a school shall perform, in accordance with any reasonable directions from the principal, such particular duties as may reasonably be assigned to him/her. This also applies to teachers employed by a board not assigned to one school, under the direction of the board or the principal of the school they are working in.
