We are hiring an Enrichment Activities Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year who is dedicated to moving children beyond academic achievement and opportunity gaps, are passionate about helping children see and reach their full potential, and bring energy, inspiration, excitement, and love to the students they teach. We are specifically seeking a teacher who believes in the importance of developing the whole child and is adept at honing in on areas where scholars are struggling academically and establishing an individualized learning plan for each student. The Academies Teacher will be responsible for developing age appropriate, developmental courses focused on a broad set of enrichment opportunities including but not limited fine and performing arts. The Academies Teacher will work in collaboration with other Academies Teachers to ensure that all scholars have a variety of experiences over the course of the year. A successful teacher will want to work with One City Schools to help us grow one of the most unique and transformational public schools in Wisconsin: One City Elementary School (OCES, grades K4-4) and One City Preparatory Academy (OCPA, grades 5 - 8).
