About The Position

To teach by implementing a flexible program and creating an environment favorable to learning and personal growth by:

(1) encouraging students to develop skills, attitudes, and the knowledge needed to obtain a good foundation for continuous growth and development;

(2) providing students with experiences which integrate the effective, cognitive, and psychomotor dimensions of learning;

(3) establishing effective rapport with students and their parents; and

(4) assisting students in developing positive feelings toward themselves and others.

Requirements

• Current New Mexico Educator's License
• Ability to work effectively with administrators, staff, students, and parents
• Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements
