About The Position

Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced child care teacher to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to the children in our child care center. The Child Care Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in your care planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Responsibilities: Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, including providing emotional and physical support Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of infants, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a child care setting Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree, CDA or relevant state certification Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities Perks: Competitive salary Paid time off Professional development opportunities View all jobs at this company

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a child care setting
Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree, CDA or relevant state certification
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
